Shipping Policy

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We have a tie-up with the leading Indian shipping and logistics company – DELHIVERY for all shipping. Like all companies, they too have slabs based on weight, distance and cities (Metro/Non-Metro) for shipping products within India. For eg.:

  • a packet of 1-500gms costs arnd Rs.45/-
  • packets between 500gms to 3kgs costs Rs.65/-.
  • packets above 3kgs. are charged above Rs.100/-

We also have to bear an additional cost of Payment Gateway company on every order, through which payments are made in a secured way on our website. Hence to even out all the costs, we are charging a flat rate of Rs.60/- for packets within 3kgs. of weight and Rs.100/- till 5kgs. Any order above this will be charged on higher slabs.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS SHIPPED?

We try to pack and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to edit your order or prevent a package from shipping. Reach out to us at support@indianayur.com with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and should arrive within this time period. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. It is also noted that delivery attempt shall be for at least two times, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery. Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once your placed order marked as RTO and such order has been received by us then your refund will be initiated as per refund policy. In this case, we will deduct the courier charges levied at the time of ordering and refund the rest amount. This refund can take upto 7-10 working days.

Once your placed order marked as RTO then it will never take re-delivery at your location, if you still want to purchase the article/goods then place the fresh order on the platform.

*The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from metro and non-metro cities in India. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We would request you to cooperate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time.

P.S.: If any product which the User has ordered and isn’t available in our stock, we will call the user and ask to either wait for a few days and ship is as soon as it becomes available. Else we will refund the order value in the account back. The refund will be done as per payment gateway’s policy and might take 4-5 days to receive the money back.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Since we have started our business in India, we are first targeting Indian customers. However, as a long term business vision, we intend to target the large number of Indians in foreign countries too.  Till it gets started, if you wish to ship any products to your relatives, friends, families in locations outside India, please contact us and we will try our best to ship them internationally.

WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE TO SHIP?

Most orders will be shipped via roadways. Express deliveries via airways are faster but costlier and hence we don’t use that mode for our customer’s benefits.

Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We carefully formulate our products with the utmost care and stand behind the full line with a 100% satisfaction guarantee of shipping products which don’t have an expiry for the next 6 months to 1yr. Hence we DO NOT entertain any returns of pharmaceuticals and other products ordered from website in most scenarios. In case any product is damaged during transit OR has an expiry of less than 6 months, we might consider a return on case to case basis.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

In 1-2 business days after receiving the order and getting a written approval from our team.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

If the product arrived damaged, please contact us at support@indianayur.com and attach images as needed. Our team will look into the packaging issue and approve the refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the returned product is received at our location, we will ask for a product replacement from you. We will try best to resend the product from our end as soon as it can be shipped. However, we DO NOT entertain any money back policies. We intend to serve you and solve the refund process amicably.

IS THERE A RETURN FEE?

We charge you no return fee for any product that arrives damaged, however, if you are requesting a general return (i.e. you changed your mind and no longer want the product) we won’t entertain the request.
